This 1500W electric radiator heating element is designed for installation into both our cast iron and steel column radiators. It simply screws into the radiator and heats the internal water electrically.

Features: -

• Can be used to convert a standard cast iron or steel radiator into a stand alone electric heater, or giving a dual fuel option to allow individual spaces to be heated when the central heating is not on.
• Suitable for medium-sized rooms/radiators 3/4" BSP (standard radiator fitting) thread connection required
• 520 mm heating element length
• 230V mains supply required
• Adjustable temperature thermostat (~10–65°C)
• IPX4 rated (splash resistant, so suitable for bathrooms)
• Finished in satin grey, looks great with lighter metallic finished radiators
• Horizontal installation only
• Supplied with a colour matched flex connection cable
• Built-in analogue thermostat for heat adjustment
• Frost protection mode to prevent freezing in cold conditions
• Designed for water-filled radiators (water and inhibitor mix.)

When being used as a stand alone heater, a safety release valve must be used.
