Visiting our 25,000 sq.ft factory means that you can learn lots more about our products, including:
Assembly - When you select your new radiator, you will be able to choose how many sections it will be made up of, which can be from 3 to over 30! Sections determine the length of your radiator and you should choose the amount you require based on the available wall space and necessary BTUs. You can learn more about how to correctly size your radiators in this recent blog. During your visit, you will have the chance to see our master craftsmen hand assemble a number of our models!
Quality Testing - Before being shipped, every one of our Cast Iron Radiators goes through rigorous quality testing, during which continuous high pressure, well beyond that of normal water pressure found in UK homes, is applied for a minimum of 24 hours. This ensures they are completely safe and will live up to their lifetime guarantee.
Finishing - To complete your Cast Iron Radiator, we offer over 10,000 different colour and finish options! We are incredibly proud of our extensive range as it ensures that our clients can get exactly what they want. We also offer a colour match service for those customers who have already found their ideal colour. Visit our radiator showroom to see our beautiful finishes for yourself.
As well as seeing our team at work, when you visit our factory you can also have hands-on experience and either assemble or paint a radiator yourself!
With over 50 models and 10,000 colour and finish options, you have a lot of choices when it comes to your new Cast Iron Radiator! Whilst we have an online brochure in which you can see a range of designs, we also understand that sometimes it can be nicer to see things in person.
