Ordered 5 radiators for my flat. There was quite a delay, through no fault of the business. They kept me updated fully. Radiators are gorgeous, great quality and well made. I’ve had an issue with one of the radiator valves, which has a split. Contacted the company and they responded immediately with a new valve being sent. Would highly recommend this company for quality of products and excellent customer advice.

After living in our renovated house for a couple of winters we noticed one of the rooms had a cold spot so we decided to add a small column radiator to match the two we had previously bought from tradscastironradiators.co.uk. We emailed to check our colour and style as we were unsure. The staff responded quickly with our original order and even sent a colour sample so we were absolutely sure. We then ordered and after a few weeks took delivery of the matching radiator which has since been installed. Great service and a great product. Thanks.

Finishing touch for an "Arts and Crafts" attic conversion. This tiny room is my home office, a spare bedroom, and a quiet hideaway. The William Morris wallpaper was a challenge for my wife and daughter to pattern match, but suits our nice old house perfectly, and the small cast iron radiator is the only heating that could have worked alongside it.

From our cosy welcoming hallway to the grandchildren’s nursery, and the panelled bedrooms to the modern bathrooms Trads Cast Iron Radiators have enhanced our home giving it a warm cosy feel but maintaining the traditional look throughout. They also work extremely well with the air source heat pump we have installed helping to maintain a constant temperature throughout the house reducing energy bills and lowering environmental impact.

We needed a pair of radiators to add warmth (physically and metaphorically) to our hallway. The Duchess in graphite grey was the perfect match and we ordered a five section and larger 12 section. Apart from looking incredible with the reclaimed hallway tiles (we found piled up in the garden when we moved in!) the radiators feel like they will still be part of the house a century from now - timeless!

We were over the moon with our radiators, I’m so grateful to the customer service team for always being on hand to talk us through the process and help us with measurements and valves et cetera that we would need, there is so much choice but the quality of these radiators is absolutely stunning we have put them in three rooms in the house and they have really elevated the interior in each of the rooms they also do the job really well and give out plenty of heat whilst being incredibly stylish. Will definitely use this company again in the future cannot fault them.

We ordered a cast iron radiator from Traditional Cast Iron radiators after a lot of Google searching, the website is really easy to navigate and order via, the communication throughout has been brilliant too. Installation was straightforward and the finish is fantastic, looks amazing and really pumps out the heat.

As we were redecorating our stairs landing and hallway, we wanted a feature radiator rather than the standard white single panel rad in the hallway, looking around the web at what was available, and the prices, I have to say Trads came out on top, not only with the range and styles of radiators they have, but also all the accessories available, and their customer service. The radiator i had ordered was rather large, and on their web site it states that the radiators are shipped in two parts, which in my case would still be to large to handle, a few emails to their customer service dept, and i was assured my radiator would be delivered in Three parts, On the day of delivery, the driver dropped it right by my front door, along with the box of accessories i had ordered. Really good quality radiator that will take pride of place in our newly decorated hallway, Its nice to do business with a very professional company, Highly recommended

We looked high and low to find the perfect cast iron radiators that were beautiful in finish and reasonably priced. Trads cast iron radiators were the answer to our problems. They have an excellent range of products and stocked exactly what we were looking for. Prior to placing the orders (we've purchased three beautiful styles so far in a range of colours), we contacted Trads to seek advice. They went above and beyond on each occasion, sending samples and talking us through sizing, fitting, and finishes. And, all this through lockdown too! The best part was that the price is the MOST competitive on the market and comparable to some of the reclaimed radiators we've seen without the added cost of collection, repair and repaint. To top it off, the communication from Trads was fantastic and the delivery was prompt. We couldn't be more delighted with our stunning radiators and will be returning soon to place an order for our dining room.

Excellent product, Sales, and Support teams. Item is supplied pressure tested and I have not experienced leaks with a Trads radiator (unlike some of their competitors). Paint finish excellent, Delivery was earlier than quoted.

This beautiful cast iron "DAISY" radiator is the hottest addition to the renovation of our 200 year old cottage.

When we bought the Old Rectory a few years ago we had big plans to refurbish the somewhat neglected Victorian red-brick house, retaining some of the old features and where possible adding new authentic touches. We looked around for traditional cast-iron radiators to replace the 'out of place' modern ones and found Trads through a Google search. So glad we did – we took advantage of the wide range colour options for our first purchase for the study at the front of the house but when we came to the kitchen / dining room project we preferred the neutral look of white. I think you will agree that the radiators finish off this new open plan dining room nicely, going well with the new wooden floor and refurbished original fireplace,… and the dogs love it too!

The substantial Victorian 4 column radiators have made my chilly hillside home super cosy! Finished in Foundry Grey they match the flagstone floor and woodburner beautifully and the stunning looks always get a 'wow' from visitors.

I absolutely love my Collosus nickel tradional towel rail! Had so many compliments and people asking where I got it from. This solid addition to my bathroom as totally transformed the space. It is functional and looks amazing! Traditional Cast Iron Radiators were super helpful. We hit a hiccup with delivery, but it was sorted out immediately and I was kept fully informed. Would definitely use this company again.

Bought the radiator for my hall as we have a cottage from 1870s, it looks fantastic and everyone has commented how beautiful it is. Choose the grey to go with the walls and it has a metallic sheen, so it catches the light. We bought this one and 3 others last year for our house which we were completely renovating. The house is a Victorian semi-detached and we wanted to be sympathetic with our choices. I bought a Victorian 3 Column Cast Iron Radiator in Black Satin with chrome accessories from Trads Cast Iron Radiators in January. The process was made very easy by just following their system for ordering on the website. The radiator is definitely a stylish focal point in our hallway that always receives a compliment when a visitor calls in. The radiator was easily fitted by a qualified plumber and it provides an excellent level of heat. The level of service received from Trads in terms of communication and delivery was also excellent. We used a Trads cast iron radiator in our new garden room as the gentle heat works well with the green oak frame. Also, only Trads had the right size and format we were after. .

Ordered 4 Dragonfly cast iron radiators, custom sizes so had to wait several weeks but was aware of that. Radiators arrived and as warned, it was an outside delivery, we had to get the radiators to their final locations, make sure you have help, these can't be moved by one person, I had my sons help me, both adults and I needed the help. When fully built the largest radiator weighs about 40 stone. We had a couple of small issues during the assembly stage but trads were more than helpful and sent us some small spares FOC. This companies customer service is 5*, I couldn't be any happier with them or the product. All are now working, keeping us warm during this cold winter and look amazing.
